About
A little more about me.
I started off with a biomedical engineering degree, and somewhere along the line, I realized that my interests were more aligned with health systems. I have been pursuing that ever since, learning, reading, and having conversations about it. My hope is that one day, I will sit at the table where health policies in Africa are made.
My professional interests center on organizational management, operations, and process improvement. I get very excited about organizational leadership because it determines whether an organization blooms, struggles, or simply survives.
Outside my academic and professional engagements, you'll most likely find me in a British Parliamentary debate room as a speaker, adjudicator, or trainer. I enjoy conversations that challenge assumptions and force people to think more critically, which probably explains why I enjoy both policy and organizational analysis.
When I need to switch off, cartoons are almost always my first choice. I love to laugh, and I love spending time with my elder sister, who also happens to be my best friend.
